The Winners of the Battle of The DJs 2023 have been announced!
On May 25 2023 Youri van Boeckholtz, better known as GYRA, won. He was selected to open the HBO Intro Festival in Breda on September 7! Youri was the last to play during the battle, you know what they say: “last best”! Youri started producing electronic music about 6 years ago. This 26 year old DJ/producer managed to blow the jury away with his innovative set.
Besides Youri, Nivar also took the win during the battle. He was voted audience winner. Nivar has been involved with music since childhood and started producing and playing in 2020.
